5. Financial Report
a) Current position – at the end of the financial year (31st March) current account £596.31, Business Reserve account £1,364.04, Liquidity Manager (35 day notice) £16,136.28
b) Insurance renewal – Zurich PC insurance due 1st June, renewal premium £313.97 (last year £361.11)
c) External Auditors – need to sign off Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR)
6. Exercise of Public Rights – 30 working days to include first 10 working days of July, propose 2nd June – 11th July.
7. Correspondence
a) Environmental Smells – relates to email from Cllr. Bailey forwarded to you 1st May
8. Speed Indicator Device
a) Analysis tool not working – have spoken to LincIT who were unable to fix it and referred me to suppliers, does it justify paying for them to come out and fix it? Speed Indicator still works.
b) Safety issue around installation – ground around the pole is very uneven, I contacted highways about having some hardcore put around the base probably 18 months ago but nothing came of it, unfortunately I failed to follow it up.
c) Request for a pole on Kexby Lane – to help reinforce the speed limit, request made by Mr & Mrs Dann, Oak Tree House.
